The Benefit of Walking

It was concerning the way we as a nation may be hindering our son’s success in school. It explained that boys need to play and have physical active fun to achieve good grades in school. I did like his article but I wonder why he didn’t include men in it. Most successful men have developed a routine which include daily exercises, and planning or daily goal setting. I know I much better days after my walks. I’m walk 5 miles a day which take me about 1:30 hours. I walk outside up and down hills. I take a water bottle with me.  I use to walk at night 3 mails, but I have begun to walk in early morning before going to work.  I knew it put me in a in a better mood. Then I was talking to my cousin and was told that walking releases endorphins.  Basically, it helps your body naturally blow off stress and sleep. Walking will also increase your stamina.

Many of my followers are business owner or entrepreneurs. We don’t suffer from the effects of those 9-to-5 jobs. We do not have to standing desk and the other things that have been created to keep us in the typical rat race positions. But I do urge you if you have not included an exercise routine in your daily agenda, to do so.

 The best exercise is one that you will continue to perform. Walking is relaxing, it can be enjoyable or fast passed if you like. Walking is good for your heart. It also helps control your blood sugar levels and is believed to help you fight off illnesses. While walking daily you will notice that your lung capacity increases. and your joints are growing stronger for us older walkers. We become much surer of our steps and our postures improve.

As boys who get to exercise grades improve those effects on men also boost their creativity. Think of that benefit. It helps us think outside the box. If you think inside the box you will get the same solutions as other in the box reach. If you’re the same thinker as everyone else then you’ll get the same rewards as everyone else. If you dare to be an independent thinker then start walking or doing so other physical activity. I know your job is very physical right. It is not the same. I am a general contract and still do the carpentry work myself. But doing so is not the same as my walking. Those nine-to-fives are just like school we need to break away and do our things in order to reap the rewards.
