As you grow in the knowledge of your profession you will undoubtedly come across some things you wish were different. Some of these items may bug you so much that you think about them constantly. But every once in a while, as we study these issues we come across a different approach to solving these troubling areas. We think it through it looks to us as though it just might work.  Ask yourself, do you have the fortitude to see these new methods through the end.  There are bound to be some setbacks. There are going to be some tweaks and adaptions along the way. The question is; do you have the backbone to stand against the current of followers who never consider changing approaches to a method that doesn’t flow smoothly.  

              Sometimes the system is faulty because it benefits are not evenly disbursed. Sometimes they seem dangerous. There are many reasons the we have changed the way things are done by the masses. Mankind use to walk, then we ride horses, then we drove cars, or ships, the we rode in airplanes, now its jets. As mankind create newer items mankind changes to take advantage of the changes.

Do you have what changes demand of us? Why don’t you voice your opinion or push your product or idea to your group. It is those who dare, and find a better method who causes mankind to adapt to new methods. Those new methods create an opportunity to attract finical gain.

Is it a risk? What is it that you do now that is risk free? So, others who hear may want to make small change in your solution. If these make it better adapt and change your system. This is why we fill out the lessons learned forms. Even a broken clock is right twice a day, you may as well see your system through to the end. If nothing else you will learn that it didn’t work. Inventor’s do not always get it right on their first try, but the good ones are stubborn enough to continue trying. Have you ever noticed how people will laugh at those how approach the system differently until they arrive at a better system. Then they cry and suffer through the what ifs. When we take the chance in time life rewards us. Don’t let others define you, dare to be yourself and rewire history. Everyone has a worthwhile contribution to add to our lives.
