It seems that every year the government demands that we put more and more into are contracts. Nowadays we can’t say it once we must repeat ourselves three or more times. Many times, we have to say the same thing with different verbiage because the different agencies want it spelled out their way. I can remember building houses on a handshake and now we have to write a manual. The sad part is the handshake was much more dependable. But from time to time, I’ve been asked how do you know what is in your contracts. This hint will be short and sweet. They are typed out be me every time I build a new structure. After you type a few, you remember what is in them. Also, by letting other share their contract you acquire verbiage you wish to have in you. It never hurts to run them past a lawyer for approval.
You are thinking that must take some time. It does especially when you’re a religious typer like myself. Seek and ye shall find. But I am not the only one that uses this system to make their contracts.
