Be Careful

There is a large online store which I must order products through occasionally. Like many of you know from time to time the product they send is defective. I had this happen to me about 2 and ½ months ago. When I called the supplier, I was told by their representative that they would replace the defective one and I was to place the defective one on the porch so they could pick it up. I did so and they did replace the product. How ever The pick up person never told them they had picked them up.

I called the company to explain that they picked up one item but left the other. I was told to keep or throw the item away.

Then a few weeks later I receive an email that I had not returned the item. I called customer and explained and was told if the drive had picked up the defective product, they world have left a slip. I went out and looked until I found item. I then told them everything on the slip. Then I was assured I would not be charged and things would calm.

Then a few weeks later I received another email say I had not returned their product. We went through the same procedures once more. Again, I was assured the issue had been corrected. I then yesterday received that they had used my card and remove my capital from my account without my authorization.

I drove to the cop shop. Made my complaint and was told that it was a civil matter. I questioned that statement and then ask,” how could something be a civil matter ad lot be a illegal. After I pressed the issue and answered many questions as if I were on trial. They gave me a card with the police report number on it. Two and ½ month latter the online store thought they had the right to reach into my account and withdraw some of my capital. Wrong. Once the report is in and they are shown to be guilty I will sue them civility.

This to big to fail attitude needs to be checked and These huge e stores need to be held accountable. Be careful they are coming back latter and later to see if you’ll catch them.
